Two ways to put the AI to work on your own history. Ask AnxietyMe is a chat for the questions you have; tests worth running are built from the patterns the statistics already found. Neither one gives general rules, neither tells you to avoid anything, and both stick to what your data shows.

Across 54 trials and 3,021 patients, psychological therapies beat waiting, with CBT the most studied; worth asking a therapist about.
Pompoli et al., Cochrane 2016Ask AnxietyMe answers from what it actually sees in your data, with dates and counts. It does not give advice, it does not draw conclusions about causes, and it does not log anything for you. It never tells you to take, stop or change a medicine, and it never tells you to avoid a place. Your messages go to the AI provider to generate the answer, there is a daily message allowance, and it is a place for questions to bring to your GP or therapist, not for diagnoses.
Recommendations in Insights are built from the patterns What Happened found, across triggers, early signs, medicines, reliefs and activities. Each is two short sentences: what your own days show, with the numbers, then one week worth testing. A recommendation about caffeine only appears if caffeine actually showed up around your attacks.
Dismiss anything that does not match your reality. The dismissal is tied to the evidence behind it, so the same suggestion for the same reason stays hidden. If a genuinely new pattern appears for the same item, it can come back, because the evidence is different.
The app says it on every info sheet: AnxietyMe is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing here is medical advice. If a message mentions thoughts of self-harm, chest pain that does not settle or an attack that will not end, the AI stops analysing and says plainly that this needs urgent help now.
Ask AnxietyMe is on Home, under Load today. The tests worth running sit at the top of Insights, grouped by category, each with the evidence line it was built from and a dismiss action. The AI setup runs at the start and again from Profile.
Enough history for patterns to exist, and Premium: the chat and the tests are part of the analysis layer. The chat has a daily message allowance. Dismiss anything that does not match your reality and it stays hidden.

No. Insights are there when you open them. Notifications are off by default; the ones you can switch on tell you when a new pattern is found or when your load crosses a level you chose.
No. It describes what your own logs show. Talk to your GP or pharmacist before changing any medicine.
